Bush Doctor to return home in Jah way By Keifala Kosia Popular Sierra Leonean reggae star based in the United Kingdom, Emerson Njawa- commonly known by fans as Bush Doctor, will storm Freetown with his new album titled ‘Jah Way’ on 27th December 2008. In an snap interview with a fan of Bush Doctor, Alfred Sivalie commonly known as Ras Ato - said they have a fan club and an organization called TIMBUKTU, which is comprised of Sierra Leoneans based in the United Kingdom. The reason why he said they formed this organization is to support Bush Doctor and his fan club. Ras Ato, who is also the president of TIMBUKTU, revealed that he is in Freetown to put modalities in place before Bush Doctor returns home in December. He also said the album will be launched at the Attouga Mini stadium complex in the east end of Freetown. Football and music Ras Ato said there will be football gala between football clubs in Freetown before the launching and they will award trophy and other prizes to various teams that will take part in the gala competition. Jetsar Records Jetstar Records is one of the biggest record labels in the world. It is the record label that Bush Doctor is assigned to in the United Kingdom. Featured In his new album Bush Doctor features some top reggae artists like Gregory Isaacs, and the influence of other reggae stars from around the world can be strongly felt in the songs. |
